H&M Blush in Spring Flower

H&M Blush in Spring Flower

I made another order off H&M a few weeks ago and decided to add this to the basket after being drawn to the colour of it. Ive tried a couple of items from the cosmetics that H&M sell and most of which have really impressed me and so far this Blush in Spring Flower is no exception.

H&M Blush in Spring Flower

This blush has four shades in total - essentially its like having 5 different blushers in one product, the four individual colours can act as separate blushes or you can swirl your brush around them all to get one beautiful summery blush. The way the powder is presented with the flower details is just beautiful and really makes this product stand out, the rest of the packaging is nothing out of the ordinary - it's white, but it is quite sturdy and the blush does lift up to another compartment with a mirror and a little blush brush - i haven't used the brush that came with this as i prefer to use my RT Blush Brush, so i can't comment on what that's like.

The quality of this blush is really nice; it has decent pigmentation, it applies and blend outs really nicely too - it is quite a bright looking blush so i like to use my powder brush after I've applied it just to make sure its blended out properly. I'm really loving using this blush, it would be such a gorgeous colour to wear during the summer (if the sun ever decides to make an appearance that is) as all the colours in it - pinks, corals and peaches all remind me of summer and its just a beautiful blush to wear.

I feel that the bright colours instantly perk up my face and they aren't too harsh either. I'd normally avoid the more peachy/coral blushes and stick with typical pink shades but this blush has made me realise just how wrong i was - i love how this looks on and find its quite complimentary to my skintone, i imagine it'd look really nice with a tan too!

It's such a great blusher and it's so cheap too, so no breaking the bank balance. The blusher was only £2.99 and i got it from the H&M website - i actually can't find it online which is a bit strange as its not been online long so maybe it's just sold out at the moment? I'm super impressed with this blusher and i genuinely think this is going to be my go to blush this summer because the colour just makes me feel all summery and i just love it!

What's your favourite Blush to wear during summer?

  5. This looks SO pretty! I'm not sure how it'd look on me because I never wear blushes that bright/orange-toned but I'd love to try it! I have a similar style one from MUA (the mosaic one) and I love that you can swirl all the colours together.

Also with that brush, I got one like that with a blush I got in a set for my birthday last week and I'm really surprised, I actually really like it! It's not the greatest for blending but you get a nice enough sweep of colour with it and it's tiny, so it's perfect to throw into a small makeup bag for travelling!

    1. I wasnt sure how it'd look on me as ive always gone for very natural looking pink tones but i personally like how this looks on!
Ive not tried the brush that comes with it, so it probably is a good brush - i personally just prefer my RT Blush Brush but it is definately good for when you're on the go!

  6. I've never worn blush before and this one looks so pretty! I was worried about trying out H&M cosmetics because I love their clothes and the make up looks a little cheap in store. But if the quality is decent, which this blush does look like, then I'll definitely be more open to trying it out! :) x
