Project 10 Pan | Completed

Project 10 Pan | Completed

At the beginning of the year i decided to do project 10 pan, now ill hold my hands up and say i cheated because i have bought make-up whilst doing so but i did use up 10 products so it kind of counts right? Also, I only used up 8 products out of the original 10 but i used up two others and figured it still counts, okay?

1. Rimmel Wake Me Up Foundation
I adored this foundation and it's definitely one i want to repurchase as i loved how natural and light it was on the skin but it still offered a good amount of coverage and i did feel like it made my skin look a little more awake. It had a nice fresh scent to it as well which i really like. This was one of the first products i used up when i started this and now I'm talking about it again, its making me miss having this foundation.

2. NYC Liquid Liner
I bought this on a whim when i ran out of my liquid eyeliner, i thought this was a felt tip liner as i prefer to use those but it wasn't. It was still a decent liner and the brush was nice and thin so i was able to get a really nice and precise line too. I probably wouldn't repurchase because i prefer using felt tip liners but it is a decent product if your after a liquid eyeliner.

3. Barry M Lipgloss in Toffee
This is probably one of my all time favourite lipglosses. I actually stopped using lipgloss completely as i just didn't like it and then this came along and it changed my mind completely. Its so creamy and really comfortable to wear on the lips, it's a natural 'toffee' brown kind of shade but it looks really nice on and i love wearing it alone, it also smells incredible! I will definitely be repurchasing this!

4. Maybelline Collossal Volum' Express Mascara
This used to be one of my all time favourite mascara until i was introduced to Benefit They're Real, it made my lashes really nice long, you did have to be careful with application though because too much would leave you with clumpy lashes but if you got the right amount they looked really nice. It also had a funny smell to it - i think it was meant to floral but i personally didn't like the scent.

5. Benefit Girl Meets Pearl
This was a nice product but it wasn't my favourite highlighter, it was easy to apply and easy to blend but i don't know i just wasn't all that blown away by it.

6. Stila Smudge Stick Eyeliner in Moray
This was a really nice eyeliner, it was smooth and creamy and literally just glides across the eye. It was a golden khaki kind of shade so it was different to what id normally wear but it was an easy colour to wear. I didn't get as much use out of this as id have liked to because my eyeliner had snapped off so i was left with hardly any product in it.

7. NYC Smooth Mineral Loose Finishing Powder in Natural Veil
Usually, i don't like mineral powders i find them messy and half the time i notice no difference with them at all but i found myself really liking wearing this. It offered great coverage and made my skin look really smooth and i really enjoyed wearing it.

8. Gosh Natural Touch Foundation in Vanilla
This foundation literally lasted me forever, it had a more runny consistency which at first freaked me out but it was a really nice foundation to wear, the shade matched my skin really well, it blended out nicely and it left my skin with a really nice natural finish.

9. Topshop Magic Liner in Engraved
Ive mentioned this so many times on my blog before so ill keep this short and sweet. It's a fantastic eyeliner, the tip is really small so you can get such a precise line too. I love this and i think its one of the best felt tip liners I've used (trust me, I've tried quite a few)

10. Avon Magix Face Perfector
This was nice but its nothing id shout from the rooftops about. It did smooth out the face and was nice to apply but it had a really horrible mechanical scent to it, which wasn't too pleasant. Although it was a nice base to work your make-up onto it, i don't think id be repurchasing it in a hurry.

And that is the 10 products I've used up - i know i cheated a little bit on my Project 10 Pan but i still used up 10 products so to me it counts ;)

Are you doing project 10 pan?

  1. Well done on completing it! I'm doing a 100 day spending ban and am hoping to use up as many products as possible as I go along - I have so much half-used stuff that ideally I'd like to finish up to save some space haha xx
