Etude House Watercolour Blush in Coral

Anyways onto the review; I've been testing out the Etude House Water Colour Blush for the past few weeks! I initially picked this up as id seen that Daniel Sandler had a Water Colour Blush and i was intrigued by it so i thought that this might be a cheaper alternative for it - now i haven't actually tried the Daniel Sandler one to properly compare them but i imagine they'd be quite similar.

I picked this blush up off Ebay as that's the easiest place for me to get hold of Etude House as it's a Korean Brand, Etude House always manage to have the cutest packaging ever but i think compared to some of their other products these aren't as cute but it's still nice and it's quite a compact size so its easy to take on the go - as it comes from Korea, it does take a few weeks to arrive but i found these arrived a lot quicker than the date they was estimated too.

I opted for the shade coral as i thought this would be a great long lasting blush to use in the summertime but i have been really loving using it now as well - i like to apply a few dots of the product onto my cheeks and then blend it out with a brush, it's really creamy and blends out easily and i love that it doesn't leave a stain where I've placed the dots as some other cream/stain blushes can do.

This is a really pigmented blush and a little bit goes a long way, i apply my face powder after just to help blend it out more and to tone it down if it's a little too bright as i personally prefer a more subtle look but you can build it up or tone it down depending on your own preference. It's so quick and easy to use and I've really been enjoying using it, it lasts quite well throughout the day and it just gives a really pretty pop of colour to the cheeks.

I'm actually quite impressed with this blush and i definitely want to try some more of the shades, i bought mine from  EBay for £4.60. but I'm sure you'll find others available if you search on ebay for them!

Have you tried any products from Etude House?

  1. This is an interesting looking blush! I have a feeling I'd be terrible at applying it though.

  2. I am so scared of cream blushers, too many bad experiences in the past with staining. But this one does sound really good. Lovely colour too :)
