It's no secret that i own a lot of neutral eyeshadows, probably too many for one person but i just can't seem to get enough. Whilst doing my monthly make up rotation i was browsing through my collection and decided to peek into my drawer of items that I'm yet to use/review (yes, i actually have one of those) and found this little Essence All About Nude Eyeshadow Palette* floating round in there. Ive had this for quite a while as i got it at the Essence event i attended back in June but it's been sat in my drawer so i decided to put it to the test and see what it's like.

The palette has six eyeshadows ranging in finishes from matte, metallic to shimmery and each colour compliments each other giving the perfect combination for creating eye looks. They have a silky and smooth texture to them which make them really nice to blend together as they're quite buttery. However, the pigmentation isn't brilliant; it was quite difficult to get them to show up for the camera, although they do apply much better with a brush but it definitely require you to build it up to get a good colour pay off - i like to use a primer underneath my eyeshadows which i find quite helpful.

My favourite shade out of the palette is the shimmery golden taupe shade, it's a really lovely colour and makes a really nice all over the lid shade. I do have many other palettes that i prefer over this, but i think for someone on a really tight budget, you can't really go wrong - i believe it retails for about £3.50 so it'll hardly break the bank and if I'm correct there are other variations of the palette too.

What is your Favourite Neutral Eyeshadow Palette?
