Review | Origins Drink Up Intensive Overnight Mask

There are some evenings when all i want to do it just make a brew then get under my covers, pamper myself and either pick up my book or put on a film. For said occasions i like a pamper product that is going to make me feel good but is also going to require very little effort -- don't know about you but once i get comfy the last thing i want is to have to move.

Cue the Origins Drink Up Intensive Overnight Mask. It feels quite bizarre applying a face mask and just going to sleep without removing it 10 minutes later but the lazy girl in me loves it - i get to have a bit of a pamper without actually applying much effort.

The mask itself has quite a thin creamy consistency; it's feels refreshing and quiet cooling on the skin and it has a really lovely scent - i don't quite know how to describe it but it's really pleasant. It sinks into the face quite quickly and i love that it dries clear as well so it doesn't look like you actually have anything on.

This is a hydrating mask so you wake up with a really soft and healthy looking complexion - it really absorbs into the skin and as the name suggests it 'drinks up' the moisture and 'quenches the skin's thirst'. The morning after I've used this i can see a big difference in my skin - it's honestly amazing.

I got this mask in the Origins Mask Marvels set that i reviewed here - It's definitely a pricey product as it retails for £23 for 100ml (available here) but i would actually pay that because i really enjoy using it and it gives visible results. If you can I'd definitely recommend trying to get your hands on a set like i did because it's a bargain - i think that may have a limited edition at Christmas though.

Have you tried the Drink Up Intensive Overnight Mask?

  1. I love this! It makes a huge difference to my skin. I've used it when travelling as well, and applied it at the start of a long haul flight. Every time mine runs out I repurchase.
