How is April over already? April has been quite a busy month for me and I'm so glad Spring has finally graced us with it's presence, the sunnier days have definitely put me in a brighter mood and it's making me so excited for summer and for my holiday.
Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette
This is my least used palette out of the three naked palettes however this month I've been reaching for it quite a lot. I've really been enjoying using the shades 'Limit' and 'Nooner'; i wear them together washed all over the lid and it creates a really pretty mauvy pink.
H&M Spring Flower Blush
This blush does not get as much love as it deserves so recently I've made more of an effort to use it. The variety of colours within the pan when mixed together create a really beautiful bright colour. It's the perfect spring blush with its rose pink, peach and coral tones and i find it compliments my skin tone really well - i think this is limited edition so I'm not sure if it's easily available but it's such a lovely blush.
Rimmel Show Off Lip Lacquer in Galaxy
This is basically the US version of the Rimmel Apocalips, my mum found it in pound world and got it for me because she knows I'm a sucker for lip products. I wasn't too sure about this shade at first because it's a purple toned pink shade so i wasn't sure if i was going to suit it but i actually really like this colour. It's quite a dark lip colour but it's really wearable without being too bold.
Maybelline The Eraser Eye Perfect and Cover Concealer
I'm very fussy with concealer and I'm still yet to find THAT one but for now I'm quite liking this one. I'm not too crazy about the sponge applicator because it's a bit unhygienic but so far I've found it covers my dark circles pretty well and my blemishes too. It's not a heavy coverage - I'd say it's more light to medium but it's fairly buildable. I will be doing a full review on this once I've had a bit more to make up my mind - so far though, so good!
Maybelline Colour Sensation Elixir in Blush Essence
I reviewed this quite recently here and i still really love wearing this. It's such a lovely formula, easy to apply and it has a slight stain to it so it's quite long lasting too. The shade itself is a gorgeous pink with a subtle lilac undertone, it's so pretty on and it's the perfect spring time shade - it smells lovely too!
Studio Brow Lift Perfecting Liner*
This is dual ended eyebrow pencil; one side is to define and shape the brow whilst the other is a brightening highlighter. I don't really use the highlighter side that much but i really like using the other side to define and shape the brow. It's a very subtle 'universal' shade - i don't know if it would suit everyone but i find it suits my brows really well. It makes it filling in the brows so easy and due the shade of it, it's so natural as well.
Canon EOS M Camera
I've only had this for about two weeks so this is technically a cheat but i just love my camera so much that i love any opportunity to talk about it a little more. I'm still figuring out all the settings and what all the buttons do on it but i can already see a big difference in the quality of my photos and I'm looking forward to seeing further improvements what i figure out what I'm doing!
Laugh Candle in Pink Lemonade and Peach
My lovely friend got me this as a part of my birthday present and oh my it smells incredible. I've only started burning it recently but so far it seems to be burning quite well. The scent is really sweet and subtle and i love the jar that it's in, it reminds me a little bit of a plant pot.
Business Cards from Moo.com
My last favourite this month is my business cards - i went into a bit more detail about them in this post here, but I'm really happy with these. I'm happy with the design as i feel it compliments my blog and it's coherent with the design too, I'm not sure if i will get much chance to hand any of these out but i love having them it makes me feel quite professional carrying them around in my bag.
