I'm really sorry about the lack of posts on my blog this past month, I've been going through a rather difficult time and i will explain it in a post sometime soon but right now I'm just not ready to write that particular post. I went to the car boot sale this morning and picked up a few items.
My mum actually found these for me as I've been looking for some short to take on holiday with me. They are from Next and i think that they were originally jeans that someone has cut into shorts which i don't mind because I'm going to cut them further and try hemming them to neaten them up as well. I love that they're high waisted so fingers crossed all the snipping and sewing goes well but they only cost me £1 so it doesn't matter too much if not.
I vaguely remember seeing this N07 Glamour Gift Boxes in Boots a little while ago, you got it free if you spent so much money at the N07 counter. This was only £2 and it was unopened, I've not tried many things from N07 so I'm looking forward to giving these a try out and seeing what they're like. In the box you get N07 Extreme Length Extend Mascara, N07 High Shine Lip Gloss in Whisper, N07 Stay Perfect Eyeshadow in Sheer Brown and N07 Stay Precise Felt Tip Eyeliner in Black.
I also found this Leo Bancroft Blissfully Bouncy set for £2, which i was rather chuffed with because i expected it to be about £5 if not more. I've tried a Leo Bancroft hair mask in the past and i really loved how soft it made my hair and I've been wanting to try some more of his hair products and now i have the chance to. The set contains a comb, hairband, Volumising Shampoo and Conditioner, Moisture Mask, Heat Defence Spray and a Smoothing Serum. I'm going to give my sister the smoothing serum because she was also interested in buying this but i got to it first.
All in all, i spent a whopping £5! I love what i bought but i thought the car boot sale wasn't as good as it normally is, so fingers crossed it picks up next week and I'll have a bigger haul.
Have you been to a car boot sale lately?
