Dr Paw Paw Original Multi-Purpose Balm

Dr Paw Paw Original Multi-Purpose Balm

Balms aren't a product i usually go out of my way to buy, i just seem to accumulate them especially lip balms. The latest addition to the family is the Dr Paw Paw Original Multi-Purpose Balm* which i was very kindly sent to try out, it's been a few weeks since i received it and it has become a staple handbag essential.

Dr Paw Paw Original Multi-Purpose Balm

Dr Paw Paw is a British made multi-purpose product that you can use it on your lips, skin, cuticles and nails. It's made with fermented papaya which is rich in vitamins, minerals and nutrients. It's a scentless product with a thick consistency, it applies completely clearly and feels really soothing.

It is a multi-purpose product that can be used in many ways; I mostly only use this on my lips as i find it's the only lip balm that actually stays on the lips for a good few hours, it's really moisturising and hydrating and my lips feel so soft and smooth. I have also tried it on my cuticles and it worked wonders so i can only begin to imagine how well it works using it for other things. I actually read a review where someone use it too soothe spots and skin blemish so I'm very intrigued to try it out that way.

The only minor issue i have with this product is that i find it requires a bit of elbow grease to get the product out of the tube - i don't know if it's been purposely designed that way to prevent any wasting but it can be quite tough to get out.

It retails for £6.95 (available here) which normally i would think it quite expensive but this is such a good quality product that i actually think it is worth its price tag. There are some other versions available too if the original one doesn't appeal, I've already got my eye on the tinted versions!

Have you tried Dr Paw Paw?

  3. I haven't tried the Dr. Paw Paw Balm before but it reminds me of the Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream which I love using as a lip balm :)
