I've been looking forward to July and my holiday for so long and now it's gone by in the blink of eye - it's madness. I don't have as many favourites as i normally do this month, as I've been stick to a pretty basic make up look and sticking to the same few products.
Benefit Fine One One
This is one of those products i come back to time and time again. It's the perfect lazy girl products because it does blush and highlight in one, you swipe it across the cheeks and blend out and your done. It has both a pink and a peachy tone blush and together with the highlighter it just leaves a really lovely colour on the cheeks.
Maybelline Colour Elixir Liquid Lip in Mandarin Rupture
I've mentioned this a lot on my blog lately; it's just the most beautiful lip product and its the perfect shade for summer. It's a colour i would never have dared to wear before but due to the formula of the lip product it has a slightly sheer finish to it so it's a lot more wearable.
Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser
I've always been curious as to what all the hype was surrounding the infamous Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish and now i can honestly say i get it. It leaves my skin feels so clean, smooth and healthy, it's gentle on the eyes and removes my make up easily.
Mac Lipstick in Plumful
I love this lipstick; it's a really gorgeous pink toned plum. It's a really creamy lipstick and feels really moisturising on the lips. I love how wearable this shade is; its the perfect autumnal shade but with the weather being pretty miserable lately I've found myself reaching for it.
Max Factor False Lash Effect MascaraI won't go on about this mascara for too long because I'm pretty sure you're sick of hearing me go on about it. It doesn't smudge or flake and it adds so much length and volume to my lashes, i love it - it really does give a natural false lash look to the lashes.
Papertowns by John Green
It took me ages to get my hands on this book and i finally managed to get a copy to take on holiday with me. I really enjoyed reading this book, it has a slight air of mystery to it which kept me glued to the pages - I'm looking forward to seeing the film version too!
Me Before You by Jojo Moyes
This isn't included in the photos because i started/finished reading it after I'd already taken them. I didn't expect to enjoy this book as much as i did; it made me both laugh and cry and i honestly struggled to put it down and read 3/4's of it in one sitting. It is a chick lit book but the story is so different to the usual boy meets girl stories and it doesn't have a very typical ending either.
