Max Factor False Lash Effect Mascara

Max Factor False Lash Effect Mascara

A few weeks ago Beauty at Tesco were doing a promotion on Twitter where you could get your hands on some free goodies - I was nominated by the lovely Vicky from Lets Talk Beauty and thanks to her, i got my hands on what might just be my new favourite mascara the Max Factor False Lash Effect Mascara.

You know when you always hear people say how good a product is and you always keep meaning to try it but you never do? Well this is one of the products for me. I've heard many good things about this mascara but because i always have so many others i need to use up first, i just never get round to picking it up and what a fool I've been. Normally, when i get a new mascara it gets put into my drawer whilst i use older ones up first but for some reason when this came in the mail, i threw caution to the wind and opened it there and then to give it a try.

It has a large wand with plastic bristles that works really well at separating and coating all the lashes to get a even application. It lasts ages on my eyes without smudging or flaking and it really does give my lashes that 'false lash effect', it makes them look fuller, longer and more volumised whilst still looking nice and natural.

I'm seriously impressed with this mascara; I've tried a lot of different ones out this year and whilst I've like a lot of them not many have really blown me away like this one has - i love the effect it has on my lashes. It retails for £10.99 (available here) and for me, it's worth every penny.

Have you tried the Max Factor False Lash Effect Mascara?
