The blogosphere seems to have gone mental for all things planners lately. Last year, i left finding a diary for my blog far too late and ended up just picking a random leftover one up in Asda in the middle of Jan. This year, i was determined to be be more organised and find the perfect planner to keep me and my blog organised for 2016.
There are so many amazing planners out there that I've had my eye on but they were so expensive, i just couldn't justify it. I did however take the plunge and order one of the Bloggers Planners because for me it was perfect, it had everything in it that I'd been looking for in a planner. However, i wanted mine for 2016 and they would only let me select it to start from Sept 2016 or Oct 2016 which i didn't want - so i cancelled my order. (They were actually really lovely though, so big thumbs up for good customer service)
I'm actually really gutted about this though and i don't really understand why they don't have them available for 2016? In a few months when 2016 is hopefully available, I'm probably going to cave and order it again.
I did however find the Busy B 2016 To Do Diary on Amazon - I paid £9.99 for this but it is currently £8.99 on Amazon, it's such a beautiful diary, now it doesn't have all the sections like the blogger one but i can definitely make it work for me and my blogging needs. It has pages of each month so i can plan posts months ahead and work out the best time to schedule them, the weekly pages i can use to plan my everyday life but they also come with a notes page on one side which i can use to list what blog photos i need that week or anything else i need to do blogging wise.
Every few months there is a little storage pockets so that i can put little keep sakes and tickets in there, there's also one at the back that i can keep things in too. There's sections for notes, contacts, reminders and at the very end there is perforated tear-off lists which will be so handy as i can use them for shopping lists or general to do lists for on the go.
I actually won this One Line a Day: A Five Year Memory Book in a twitter giveaway from A&C Books, I've been eyeing these type of books up for ages because i think the concept is really lovely. I actually won this back in June/July time but I'm saving it til Jan 2016.
I'm really hoping i stick to writing in this because i think it'll be lovely to look back over and read whatever sentence or quote i write to represent that particular day, it'll be really interesting as well to compare each of the years to each other as well.
Have you joined into the planner hype?
