The Nars And God Created Woman Eyeshadow Palette was a big release for 2013 and it was mention, raved about and talked about pretty much everywhere in blogging world. Now two years later, i finally have my hands on it.
There is a group on Facebook that is essential one giant blog sale and this is where i found this. I'd forgotten all about it until i saw the photo and then i remember just how much i wanted it and i knew this time it had to be mine. I paid £17 in total, including P&P which i think was a pretty good deal as I've been using this pretty much everyday and i know it's a palette I'll get a lot of use out of.
I don't know if these eyeshadows have set names as it is isn't on the palette itself and because i bought it in a blog sale type thing it came without it's original box so i have no idea if they have names which kind of annoys me because i like being able to refer to the shades by name. I tried googling them but the all the palettes that come up have different shades in so i don't know which one is correct.
Firstly; i don't know but i didn't expect this palette to be so small, i was actually quite shocked when i first saw it but at the same time i think it's a blessing in disguise especially for taking on the go or travelling with. I also really like Nars Packaging, it's so sleek and classic looking.
The eyeshadows themselves are gorgeous; they're is three matte and three shimmer and they are really pigmented. They blend together smoothly, they last really well without creasing and you can just tell they're a high end quality product because they're just beautiful eyeshadow.
It's also a really versatile palette, despite only having six shades you create some many eyeshadow combinations for both night and day. I'm currently obsessed with this palette and i can honestly understand why it was so hyped up, I'm just kicking myself for not buying it earlier.
What eyeshadow palette are you loving at the moment?
