I've been planning on having a massive declutter of my make up and i mean be really ruthless and get rid of all the products that I'm holding onto 'just incase', naturally this hasn't happened yet (it will) but instead i found myself on Boots website making an order buying more make up and i picked up a couple more items when i went to pick up my order too. I think it's safe to say I'm a little addicted but in my defence i did pick a couple of items up for a give away I'll be doing soon.
Soap & Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Matte Lip 3D Lip Colour and Sculpt in Berry Much, Pretty Muted and Chocoberry.
I'll be honest and say i was drawn to these most because they were £3.50 which is definitely not a good reason but I'm actually really looking forward to trying them out as the colour range look absolutely gorgeous. I pick up three shades; Berry Much which is a really gorgeous purply plum shade, Pretty Muted which is nude pink shade(?) and Chocoberry which is a berry pink shade. I don't often wear matte shades so I'm looking forward to trying these out.
Soap & Glory Super Blur Imperfections Eraser
I've never actually heard of this before nor read any reviews but i was completely sucked in by the name and claims of it. It sounds like it's a primer as you wear it underneath your foundation and it fills in fine lines and leaves you all smooth and mattified. I have no idea what to expect but it sounds very interesting, it's is normally £8 but it's currently on offer for £6.
Collection Creme Puff Lip Cream in Cotton Candy
This is one of those lip products that's been out for ages and a lot of people have raved about them but I've just never gotten round to trying it. After watching Faye's last GRWM video where she wore this, i finally picked it up. Cotton Candy is a gorgeous pink shade and I'm really looking forward to trying it out. This was £2.99.
Collection Eyes Uncovered Palette in Smokey Purple
This palette is what is entirely responsible for this order, i saw a photo of it on twitter and knew i had to have because I'm on the look for the perfect purply eyeshadow, my local Boots didn't have this in stock which is why i ended up on their website. I've not tried any of these palettes yet but i know they have had good praise on blogs and youtube so I'm looking forward to trying it out and I'm hoping it will be the end of my purply eyeshadow hunt. This is currently on offer for £2.99 until the 10th March (normally £3.99)
Maybelline Dream Velvet Foundation in Natural Ivory
I've been considering picking this up since i first saw it advertised so when i saw Maybelline was on 3 for 2 in Boots (whilst i was picking up my order) and decided to get it. I picked up the lightest shade and I'm really looking forward to trying this because when i tried the tester on the back of my hand it felt so soft and had a lovely smooth, matte finish. This was £7.99.
Maybelline Brow Satin Eyebrow Pencil in Dark Brown
I had no intention on buying anything brow related because i absolutely love my Freedom Brow Pomade but this really caught my eye. One end is a pencil and the other is almost like a sponge which I'm assuming you use it to fill in. I have no idea what to expect with this but I'm looking forward to giving it a try. This was £5.99.
Maybelline Master Precise Liquid Eyeliner
This was a bit of a whim purchase, i didn't really know what to pick for my free item and since I've got a new palette and a bunch of new lip products i decided to get a new eyeliner. I practically wear it everyday so i know this won't be wasted and it has a really lovely long and thin nib which will be great for getting a really precise application. This was also £5.99 but thanks to the 3 for 2, i got this free.
I have picked up one or two things (from this haul) to also include in my giveaway which i will be post at some point this month. I'm going to try and make this the last make up splurge i have, but we'll see how long that lasts.
Have you picked up any new beauty bits recently?
