I still really enjoy watching youtube but as time goes on i find myself much preferring to watch youtubers that have a bit of smaller following than the likes of Zoella, Tanya Burr etc... I still enjoy those but i just find 'smaller' youtubers are just a lot more enjoyable, they're much more relatable and authentic. So today, I'm going to share with you 6 youtube channels that i am really loving and the moment and that i think you should start watching.
Beauty By Alice
I've mentioned Alice's channel on my blog a few times and it's still a firm favourite of mine - i love her beauty videos especially her make up looks and get ready with me style videos. She's also started uploading weekly vlogs on a Monday which i am thoroughly enjoying watching, they're really simple but i love how realistic they are and i look forward to each Monday and seeing what she's been up to during the week.
JDR Make Up
I actually discovered Jess's channel from Alice's recommendations and i love it. Similarly to Alice she posts both really great beauty videos and a weekly vlog too. I'm really enjoying her videos and i really like her accent too.
I've watched Faye's videos for ages now and i still find them some of my favourites too watch - her popularity on youtube has definitely grown a lot since i started watching her on youtube but i love that she hasn't changed too much, she still comes across as quite down to earth and real. Faye doesn't do weekly vlogs every week, but she does posts the occasional vlog as well as beauty videos too.
Unless you want to learn how to sew or like seeing how to transform thrifted clothes, then this channel might not be for you but i bloody love it. I really enjoy watching sewing tutorials on youtube but there is only a handful of them that I'm subscribed too because some of them i just find difficult to watching but i absolutely love Annika's videos - she makes really quirky things, she posts a variety of videos like her Make Thrift Buy Series, the Style Pile and also other DIYs too. She explains things really well and i just love some of the items she's created.
Carrie Hope Fletcher
I feel like is a bit of cheat as Carrie is very well known anyways as is her channel, but i do like her videos - recently however, I've found myself really enjoying her 'daily' vlog type videos. They're nothing ground breaking but i just find them really interesting and i like seeing what's she up to.
Bubbly Bex 3
Bex is very new to youtube and i only stumbled upon her channel because she posted a link on twitter saying she'd uploaded a first one and i was curious to see what it was like, and i subscribed instantly. As her user name suggests she's very bubbly and she makes me laugh with some of the things shes comes out with. I think the reason i love her channel so much is because you get what you see, it doesn't have all these fancy transitions and angles and whatnot, it's just real and it was the thing that made me fall in love with watching youtube in the first place - She's also pretty good at applying make up too!
