Natural Collection #2 | Festival Make Up Must Haves

As a blogger it's always nice when you've been offered some goodies to try out but when it's unexpected it's even better. I was lucky enough to recieve the first Natural Collection box and had no idea i was going to be sent another as i assumed it was a one off so it was a lovely surprised to get this through the door. This time the theme is Festival Make Up Must Haves.

Natural Collection #2 | Festival Make Up Must Haves

This months box contains four items all only £1.99 each and which have been selected as the perfect combination to create a quick and easy festival look. Natural Collection Cosmetics has paired up with Thumbelina Lillie and Lydia Rose to show you how to create some easy festival make up looks.

First up is Natural Collection Cover Up Stick in Fair*, i normally despise lipstick style concealers and i haven't touched one since high school, but i decided to give this a try anyway just to see what it's like. The formula was quite creamy and i was actually surprised at the coverage it gave as i had very little expectations - im not sure i'd be giving up any of my other concealers any time soon but for £1.99, it does the job. I don't think this concealer is good for blemishes though as it just made mine look dry and gross but for the undereyes it's not bad. Also, I do seem to be jinxed when it comes to these boxes because this concealer is actually broken, the bullet of concealer came shooting out when i first opened it but it's still useable.

Again, the Natural Collection Tinted Lip Balm in Carribean Crush* isn't something that i'd normally reach for but after trying it out, i can kind of understand why they've choosen it for this box. It has more of a lip gloss formula as opposed to a lip balm but it does feel quite moisturising and the lasting power really surprised me, as it stays on my lips for ages. I wouldn't say it's a tinted lip balm, it's more like a clear gloss but this is definitely a quick and easy lip product to take on the go with you, especially at events like festivals.

Im assuming the Natural Collection Nail Color in Hibiscus* was added to this box due to the bright, fun and summery fuschia shade that is it but i personally wouldn't want to take a nail polish with me to a festival as reappling it would be the last thing on my mind. Saying that, the colour of this is gorgeous - i used to wear fushcia nails all the time when i was younger and this makes me just want get them back out as it's such a bright, fun colour for summer (not that we are having much of one). I don't know what the staying power of this is like or how chip-proof it is, because i didnt leave it on long enough to find out but it's actually a really decent nail polish in terms of formula and application - It only took two coats to get the full colour.

The Natural Collection WaterGuard Mascara* is quite possibly my favourite product out of the box and i can't quite get over the fact it's only £1.99. I did not expect much from this mascara but oh my god, it's actually really, really good. It took very little coats and it added so much length to my lashes. It does transfer onto the lids a little but that's probably the only negative i have about it - it lasts on the lashes pretty well, it holds a curl and it's well worth checking out if you are someone that loves long lashes.

What are you favourite Natural Collection products?
