I mentioned in my last SW update that I've been struggling with snacks and this is still the case. I think since starting Slimming World these past few weeks have been the worst I've been in terms of sticking to my plan.

I'm just finding it quite difficult to satisfy my hunger at the moment, I'm trying to fill myself up on fruit and other free food to avoid synning but I've felt a bit crap lately and all i want is chocolate and various other sweet treats. I had a little operation at the start of the month and spent a couple of days in bed recovering and i allowed myself to have a few treats then because i just felt a bit crap and i wanted a bit of comfort food and some sweets. Luckily, i still managed to have a loss on my weigh In's after the operation.
Any recommendations that you have for sweet treats and snacks that are Slimming World friendly please let me know, as i find that's where I'm struggling the most!
I also got my 1 and 1/12 Stone Award, i don't really know how i managed because as i said i haven't been as on plan as normal so this was a total shock. It may seem silly to get little certificates but it's such a rewarding feeling when you reach those milestones.
Sadly, i did have my first gain this month which i was gutted about because I've managed a loss every week since i started but i did get invited to try out the menu at Jamie's Italian and that was definitely not Slimming World friendly, so i have a good idea where it came from and it gave me a bit of a kick up the bum to get back on plan as the gain meant I'd lost my 1 and 1/2 stone loss so the following week i was a lot better than i had been in the previous weeks.
This Months Weigh In Results:
(6/7) Week 9: -2.5lbs
(13/7) Week 10: -2lbs (1 and 1/2 stone award)
(20/7) Week 11: +2lbs
(27/7) Week 12:-1.5lbs
Total Weight Loss So Far: 20.5lbs (1 Stone 6.5lbs)
Iceland SW Chicken Tikka Masala, SW Chips and SW friendly Onion Bhajis - all free food, felt like I was having a really naughty treat but actually wasn't! I did have some poppadoms with this which are about 2 syns each so it wasn't bad at all!
Least Favourite Meal:
Iceland SW Chicken Chow Mein, I didn't enjoy this at all!
1. My jeans are getting really loose and I think I'm going to have to downsize in them soon!
2. Managed to fit comfortably into a top that was very tight on me quite recently!
Goals for Next Month:
1. Get my 1 and 1/2 Stone award back!
2. Reach my Club 10
