Technic Cosmetics is brand that i feel is often overlooked by many people, including myself. Lately though, I've seen Lauren McVeigh talk about Technic products on her youtube channel so when i saw they were looking for some bloggers to review their products, i jumped at the chance and i was very kindly sent a selection of their products to try out.
I have to say; whoever put this package together has really done their homework, either that or it's a lucky fluke but i feel like this package has really been put together for me - if you read my blog, it's clear to see that I'm loving highlighter, I'm wearing a lot of nude lips at the moment and I'm also really loving shimmery eyes - so most of these products really suit the trends I'm currently enjoying.

Technic Powder Brush*
I had absolutely no idea that Technic even did brushes and i have to say this brush has really impressed me. It's a synthetic brush and it's cruelty free; i used this with my face powder and it is honestly one of the softest brushes i have ever used, it felt so nice against my skin. I also really like it's quite a big brush, it helps to really buff in the product but not only that it prevents you from having a caked looked. For a cheaper brush, I'm really impressed with the quality.
Technic Pink Shimmer Highlighter*
I'm not gonna lie, when i first saw this i was slightly terrified - it is ridiculously shimmery in the pan (the camera hasn't quite picked up just how shimmery it is) so i wasn't sure how it was going to transfer onto the face. It's actually not as pigmented as you'd expect it to be but it is more glittery than shimmery - if that makes sense? I found when i applied this with a brush, it mostly just transferred glitter onto my cheekbone which personally isn't for me - i prefer more of a shimmer finish as opposed to chunks of glitter. I have also tried applying this with my fingers and it does pick up less glitter but it doesn't give me as much glow as i personally like that being said, just because i didn't love, doesn't mean that you won't. If you love glitter, you'll probably love this!

Technic Juicy Sticks Lipstick in Naked*
There is a possibility that i have the shade name wrong has i had to google it because i can't find it on the packaging but i think that's right. It's a gorgeous nude shade and it looks even better when you apply it, it's almost like a pink toned mauvy brown and it's gorgeous. You all know, I'm absolutely loving my nude shades at the moment and this is just beautiful. It has a really lovely creamy formula and it glides onto the lips really easily. It dries matte and feels comfortable on the lips.
Technic Eyeshadow Primer*
It was nice to see a high street option for a shimmery eye primer because I'm pretty sure only Urban Decay have something similar (i may be wrong, but I'm unaware of any others) so it's really good to see a cheaper alternative and the shimmery colour itself is really pretty, it's almost like a rose gold shade. I wasn't really sure how to use this; i didn't know whether you blend the product in as you would a regular primer so first time i used it, i left the primer to dry and applied my eyeshadow on top which wasn't great - it didn't sit well on top of the primer and i also do not like the scent. However, the next time i tried it, i blended it in - the rose gold shimmer disappears but it was so much better and my eyeshadow sat so much better over the top. I still don't love the scent but it doesn't last very long. I feel like this is one of those products that is more of a novelty to own, it's nice to have but isn't a necessity to your collection.
Technic Mega Lash Mega Volumising Mascara *
This mascara is so good - it reminds me a lot of the Max Factor False Lash Effect Mascara both in packaging and formula which i absolutely love. The brush on this is massive so when i first tried it, it did smudge onto my eyeshadow but now that I'm finally getting used to controlling a bigger brush - I'm obsessed. This gives my lashes amazing length and volume, i honestly can't emphasise enough how amazing this mascara is; I only apply a couple of coats and it really separates the lashes, it holds a curl really well and it almost looks like I'm wearing lashes with this mascara. I am so impressed and would highly recommend checking it out if you love long, volumised lashes.
It's always really nice to be able to discover brands and try different products - I've really enjoying testing out the products from Technic Cosmetics and i have to say I'm quite impressed with most of them especially the Juicy Stick Lipstick and the Mega Lash Mascara!
Have you tried Technic Cosmetics?

Fab post, lovely! Like I said on Twitter that mascara is my new #1. It's incredible. Unlike They're Real my lashes don't feel plastic-y with that on. I definitely need to investigate the brand more, luckily I have a Bodycare shop that stocks Technic near me....bye-bye money!
