Monthly Favourites | September

Whilst i can't quite believe that September is over, I'm super excited that Autumn is finally here and Halloween is so so close. I have acquired quite a few new products this month so choosing my favourites was quite difficult, because i didn't want to get carried away with the new things I've been trying out but i feel like the products I've mentioned are the ones that have really stood out to me or that I've found myself reaching for the most.

The Ordinary High-Spreadability Fluid Primer

The Ordinary High-Spreadability Fluid Primer

I'm sure by now you've all heard about The Ordinary; i was dying to get my hands on some of their products so whilst i was in a London the other week, i made a visit and picked up a few items that had been on my wishlist. I was actually intending to buy the The Ordinary High-Adherence Silicone Primer but they were out of stock, so i picked up The Ordinary High-Spreadability Fluid Primer instead.

Love Me Beauty | September

Love Me Beauty | September

I have to say this month's Love Me Beauty options were very impressive as well as having the usual cosmetic samples available, they had a few PMD products available. Now i was a little late to checking the 'edit' so the item i would have preferred wasn't available so i decided to go with the PMD Kiss Lip Plumping System.

Kat Von D Studded Kiss Lipstick in Cathedral

Kat Von D Studded Kiss Lipstick in Cathedral

Whenever i see Love Me Beauty offering product from Kat Von D, I'm always curious to try them out because up until recently it wasn't so easy for me to get my hands on (apart from ordering online) so i really liked that LMB had samples from the brand that allowed me to try them out before committing to a full size.

The most recent Kat Von D product from Love Me Beauty that I've been trialling out is the Kat Von D Studded Kiss Lipstick in the shade Cathedral.

Proaura Vitamin C Serum Hyaluronic Acid & Astaxanthin

Proaura Vitamin C Serum Hyaluronic Acid & Astaxanthin

I was very kindly sent a new facial serum - The Proaura Vitamin C Serum Hyaluronic Acid & Astaxanthin* to try out. I've decided i want to do this review a little differently so I'm going to write updates at different points throughout the next few weeks that I'm going to be testing this product and so you can read my thoughts after a few days, a week, 2 weeks etc... So if you want to see how i go on with this serum, keep reading!

What I'm Taking to London | Make Up

What I'm Taking to London | Make Up

I'm heading to London on Monday for a few days and I'm so excited to get away for a few days, eat everything, shop til i drop and best of all - I'm going to see Les Miserables. I've tried to be quite tame about the amount of products I'm taking as it is only 3 days and no doubt, i will be treating myself to some new products too but i thought I'd share what make up I'm taking.

Buxom Cosmetics | Lash Mascara & Full On Lip Polish

Buxom Cosmetics | Lash Mascara & Full On Lip Polish

In last month's Love Me Beauty, i choose a couple of product to try from Buxom Cosmetics; I've never tried anything from the brand before so i was very intriqued and excited as i'd heard many good things about them before. I got the Buxom Full On Lip Polish in Dolly and the Buxom Lash Mascara. I've been trying them out over the past few weeks and thought i'd share my thoughts on them.

Urban Decay Naked Palettes | Choosing the Right Palette for You

Urban Decay Naked Palettes | Choosing the Right Palette for You

If you follow me on Instagram you will have seen my Insta story sharing with you my exciting delivery from Urban Decay; they very kindly sent me the first four Naked Palettes - trust me, i was squealing when i saw it. I'm actually fortunate enough to already own all the Naked Palettes so I've swapped them out for my shiny new ones and I'm passing my old ones onto family and friends!

Now I'm sure many of you already own the Naked Palettes or are already aware of them but i was talking one of my friends recently who was looking at getting one of the palettes as a present but as someone who isn't as interested in make up she was very overwhelmed by the choices and the different palettes available so it gave me the idea for this post - so if you are someone who is looking to get a Naked Palette as a present or even just treat yourself to a one but aren't sure which one to choose, i hope this helps you!
