Eylure X Fleur De Force Brow Palette

Eylure X Fleur De Force Brow Palette

I've been a bit of a lousy blogger of late; I'm not 100% sure why because it's not for lack of ideas or not wanting to post but lately, I've just found myself procrastinating whenever i plan to write posts. I'm not sure if this review is technically out of date as the Eylure X FleurDeForce Brow Palette as been out for quite a while now, you can actually find them in discount stores now and i don't know if it's because it's being discontinued or revamped.

This brow palette has been out for quite some time now so i am very late to the bandwagon, i actually really like Fleur De Force - she's youtuber I've watched for years and i generally do like the collaborations she does - her lashes with Eylure are amazing and her limited edition Mac Lipstick is one of my favourite lippies! I've always been intrigued to try her brow products out but for me i think the prices have always put me off from picking them up. I have actually just had a quick check online and Boots are still selling this palette for £12, so if you are like me and want to try this but not pay so much I've seen these palettes in Savers, TK Maxx and a few other discount stores for about £3.

Personally, I'm not the greatest at eyebrows; i try my best but no matter what products i try and love - I'm just incapable of creating that flawless brow shape, i don't know if its because i have quite full unruly brows or whether it's just me being rubbish but I've just learnt to use brow products more to fill in the sparse areas of my brows instead.

The Eylure X Fleur De Force Brow Palette comes with two brow powders and a highlighter; the packaging is very a basic plastic case which does look quite cheap. I'm not a big fan of it and I feel like this would break quite easily, if I'd have paid the full retail price I'd be kind of unimpressed but i didn't, so i don't mind it too much but it's definitely something to be aware of especially if you travel a lot, i don't feel it'd be very durable.

I have mine in the shade medium; i wasn't too sure if this would be right for me as i have quite dark hair and normally go for the darker shades but these shades have been working just fine. The two brow powders are two different tones - a dark brown and a cool grey toned brown, you can use these separately or mix both shades together to create a more natural look. I reach for the cool grey toned brown the most but i also vary which one i use depending on how i want my brow to be. They have great pigmentation without being too intense, which i personally like because i feel like it gives me more control over the application.

The highlighter is a bit hit and miss - i don't think it's an essential product to this palette but it is okay. I'd say it's quite a matte highlighter so if you're wanting an intense glow you won't like this, it's very subtle and i actually use this more on my lids as a base eyeshadows than i do as a highlighter.

I do really like this Brow Palette; personally, i don't think it's worth its retail price but it's a nice brow duo - I really like how it makes my brows look, it's easy to use and so far I've been reaching for it most days. If you can find it discounted, it's well worth checking out!

Have you tried the Eylure X Fleur De Force Brow Palette
