Netflix #1 | What I've Been Watching

Netflix #1 | What I've Been Watching

I've really gotten into Netflix recently; i forgotten just how much i love discovering new TV shows and binge watching them for hours on end. So i decided to jump on the bandwagon and share with you what I've been watching recently.

Safe | 1 Season
In a gated community, a widowed surgeon's daughter goes missing. It's very much a 'who done it?' type of show as in each episode Tom unearths all sorts of secrets about his neighbours whilst trying to find his daughter. I really enjoyed this show, it's kept me on the edge of my seat and i loved that because it was only 8 episodes long, it didn't drag the story out too much. The ending was so unexpected too which made me love it even more.

The Kissing Booth
When Elle's first kiss leads to a forbidden romance with the hottest guy in school, it also put her relationship with her best friend at risk. I'm not going to give away too much because this is such a cute and cheesy film. I adored watching this, to the point I've watched it multiple times it's rare i do that with films on Netflix.

Love Rosie
Rosie and Alex have been best friends since they were 5, so they couldn't possibly be right for one another...or could they? When it comes to love, life and making the right choices, these two are their own worst enemies. This is a rewatch for me, i adore this film and have watched it many times. It's such a cute story and it just gives me all the feels - it makes me laugh and cry and it's one of my favourite films.

Riverdale | 2 Seasons
Riverdale is based on the characters from the Archie Comics, i can't really explain what it's about without ruining the story but it's an American High School drama that is full of mystery and suspense. I wasn't sure what to expect from it but i really enjoyed watching this and i can't wait to see what happens in season 3.

Edge of Seventeen
When Nadine's best (and only) friend starts dating her detested older brother, the teenage cynic's life becomes even more unbearable. This film was okay but i wouldn't really go out of my way to watch it again. The story was just a bit bland to be honest.

What have you been watching recently?
